Offices are places with an increased need for acoustic adaptation. The need to focus and the silence necessary for work, while at the same time the need for communication between employees are in conflict with each other. Acoustic adaptation of an office can effectively reduce the reverberation time and increase the acoustic comfort of its employees.

In an Amsterdam office building, we sprayed the ceiling and installations with Sonaspray® K-13 Standard, a thick plaster. A considerable additional challenge was to perform the spraying while the office was in operation, which required cutting off zones, as well as securing and moving all pieces of equipment. However, even such challenges are no problem for Baukustik.
